New Security Measures at HP Byron Nelson Championship

Purses, Backpacks Not Permitted

 

In an effort to enhance public safety, the PGA TOUR will expand screenings for everyone attending the HP Byron Nelson Championship. All spectators will be wanded, and no purses or backpacks larger than 6” x 6” x 6” will be allowed onto the grounds. Clear bags will be allowed as long as they are not larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. Spectators will be asked to return all unauthorized items to their car before being allowed to board shuttles or enter the tournament grounds. The 2014 HP Byron Nelson Championship will be played May 12-18 at the TPC Four Seasons Resort Las Colinas in Irving. Children 13 and under receive free admission, and free public parking and shuttle service is available at the intersection of SH 114 and Loop 12 in Irving (3400 N. Walton Walker Blvd., Irving, TX 75062). Fans may also travel by DART to the Northlake College Station where free shuttles will be available to the main entrance.
