Bag Policy

The AT&T Byron Nelson adheres to the PGA TOUR’s bag policy. No purses or backpacks larger than 6” x 6“ x 6” will be allowed. No clear bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed. Medically necessary and diaper bags are permitted after proper inspection.

Folding chairs are allowed but folding chair bags are prohibited.

Cameras are NOT permitted Thursday through Sunday.

Medically necessary supplies, strollers, small diaper bags, plastic baby bottles, and other necessary baby supplies (infant must be with carrier) are permitted. Items subject to search.

Hours of Operation

Championship grounds open each day at 7 a.m. and close approximately 90 minutes following the conclusion of play. The Pavilion is open Wednesday–Sunday with extended hours Friday and Saturday until 9:30 p.m.

Will Call/Lost & Found Location

Will Call & Lost and Found are located at the Champions Way entrance and open at 7 a.m. daily. Tickets may be picked up or left any time during the Championship. A photo ID is required to pick up any items left at Will Call.

Complimentary Parking & Shuttles

Free parking is located 10 minutes from the course at the intersection of Highway SH 114 and Loop 12 (3400 N. Walton Walker Blvd., Irving, TX, 75062). Follow signs to the public parking lot. Shuttle service to and from Championship grounds is included. Buses run continuously Wednesday–Sunday: There is no shuttle service Monday–Tuesday. Spectators are encouraged to park at Byron Nelson Way (Lot 1) on those days.

Shuttle hours:
Wednesday–Thursday: 6:30 a.m.–90 minutes after play
Friday–Saturday: 6:30 a.m.–10 p.m.
Sunday: 6:30 a.m.–2 hours after conclusion of play

Mobile Device Policy

Device must be on silent at all times. Calls may be placed or answered only in designated “Cell Phone Zones.” Devices may not be used to capture audio/video at any time during tournament week. During official competition rounds, photography is prohibited within any areas of competition (i.e. teeing grounds, tee shot landing areas and on/around putting greens) or when requested by tournament staff, security, players, or player representatives. Photography in non-competition areas is permitted.

Autograph Policy

Autographs are not allowed during tournament play. After the conclusion of play, golfers may sign autographs at their option. The Autograph Zone is located outside the scoring area, near the first tee.

Security Checkpoints

We urge you to leave prohibited items in your car. Prohibited items brought to the tournament must be left at the security checkpoint at each entrance. You may pick up your checked items at the security checkpoint as you leave for the day. When a security checkpoint closes, all items will be taken to Will Call.

Mobility-Impaired Spectators

A limited number of scooters are provided on a first-come, first-served basis to individuals with disabilities. They are located at the Champions Way entrance. Mobility-impaired seating is located at No.18 Green. Mobility-impaired restrooms are available at each public restroom location.

Student/Child and Military Admission

Ages 17 and younger receive free admission when accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Active, reserved and retired military personnel are entitled to two tickets per day. To take advantage, please register at here.

Merchandise Sales & Check Stands

Official tournament merchandise can be purchased Tuesday–Sunday. Located across from the Pavilion on Champions Way. Use your MasterCard card and receive 10% off.

For your convenience, merchandise check stands are located at the merchandise tent. When a merchandise check stand closes, all checked items will be taken to tournament headquarters.

Automated Teller Machines

ATMs are located in the Pavilion and the main entrance near Will Call.

First Aid

Spectators may ask any blue pant or red pant volunteer for assistance or visit a First Aid station, located on Champions Way, No.10 and No. 16.
